Black Dumpling is one of many Helms in Elden Ring. I don't recommend eating it, but the piece of armor serves a unique function in FromSoftware's open-world title.

Personally, madness/frenzy side effects have always tarnished my experience with Souls games (pun intended). But if you're up for that approach, Black Dumpling is a great help.
The Black Dumpling Helm is a random loot item often found in Volcano Manor, in a busy area next to the Guest Hall Grace.
