Deathcap can be found while exploring the Erebus biome in Hades 2. It is the very first biome in the game, which means you can get your hands on it earlier. However, you should know that a Deathcap only spawns when it is raining. So, when you are in Erebus and it is raining, you can explore the region to farm it. You can also always start over and look for the Deathcap in Erebus. If you are lucky, you can start a run where it is already raining.
