The way to get the Fetch-a-Lot bunny is to chop down very tall trees, so look up and make note of their locations as you explore. You can head to Meyers' Market and check out this specific area (shown on the map below) for a chance to get this bunny as a drop.
To collect this anomaly, all you need to do is use an axe.
As you can see in this video from DaOpa, the tree is a Bald Cypress and the exact coordinates to visit are 5382, -6527. A few swings of the axe will unlock the gatherer bunny. You will also get loads of Logs which are useful for the Stove to create Salt.
