When you’re creating or following specific builds in Elden Ring, certain items will bolster its power by providing the endgame damage boost it needs. One example of this is the talisman that’s included in nearly every Lightning-based build: the Lightning Scorpion Charm.

The Lightning Scorpion Charm is a powerful endgame talisman in Elden Ring that increases your Lightning damage output. You can find this talisman mid-game if you take a short detour to Mt. Gelmir before entering Leyndell. Before climbing the volcano itself, be sure to explore the base of the mountain to find the Wyndham Catacombs.
This dungeon is located in the southeast of Mt. Gelmir and is about as confusing as you would expect catacombs to be. Explore the dungeon until you come to a room covered in a white wall of mist. To progress past this point, you will need a Stonesword Key. If you have one, use it on the nearby Imp Statue to dispel the wall of mist.
This will give you access to the previously inaccessible room. Look around the area to find the Lightning Scorpion Charm. This is a very useful item in several endgame builds.
