There are multiple gear sets you can unlock as you journey through Final Fantasy XIV. One notable collection is known as the Neo Kingdom item set, and there's an exclusive place to find it while playing the Dawntrail expansion.

The Neo Kingdom set is one of the harder items to unlock. Not only does it require a fair amount of grinding, but it’s also a time-consuming process. For those patient enough to tackle the Savage raids that come later in FFXIV’s Dawntrail expansion, you’ll want to have these items on your character.
The Neo Kingdom item set is available after you complete the Dawntrail expansion in Final Fantasy XIV. You can purchase it from a merchant named Zircon, the Tombstone Exchange in Solution Nine. You can find him at the coordinates (X:8.6, Y:13.6.). He only accepts Allagan Tomestones of Aesthetics as currency, which means you'll need to unlock all level 100 Dungeons in Dawntrail and make sure you have the Expert Duty Roulette available.
You can run through the Duty Finder roulette to grind for these Tomestones on your level 100 character, but once you do so, these rewards will not reset the next day. You can, however, continue to run level 100 dungeons for the Tomestones. If you want to equip your FFXIV character with every item from the Neo Kingdom set, it will cost 2,955 Tomestones of Aesthetics to unlock them all.
