They're hidden in the backs of rooms, and a creature will usually chase you while you're trying to find them, especially if you're looking for your dad's nameplate and family photo.

You can find the ticket booth while exploring the dining area. This is one of the first locations you unlock when you arrive at Freddy Fazbear's Pizzeria. It's also the largest area you can explore, making it a bit tricky to find.
