If you're looking to add a new relic to your ever-growing arsenal or simply want something that grants you Lifesteal abilities, you might want to consider the Profane Heart relic in Remnant 2: The Forgotten Kingdom.
To obtain the Profane Heart relic, switch to Adventure Mode and travel to the Infested Abyss. The Infested Abyss is one of the side dungeons in the Luminous Vale. The entrance is hidden behind the glowing purple waterfall in the eastern part of the Ancient Canopy, close to where you first meet Walt.
Walk towards the waterfall and jump over it to discover the entrance to the contaminated Abyss. In the dungeon, your goal is to destroy all the Root Nexus and encounter the Root boss, Emissary.
