Before you can find Korok Village and get your hands on the Master Sword, you'll need to know how to get through the Lost Woods in BOTW.

Once you enter the Lost Woods, you are enveloped in a thick fog. The only way out is to teleport or go to the Korok Forest.
Walk straight ahead and through an arch. When you come to a lantern, turn right.
Pay close attention to which direction the glowing remains of the flame are blowing and then walk in that direction until you find another torch.
