Tin is a useful material in the post-apocalyptic survival sandbox game Once Human. Tin ores can be found and mined throughout the game, and once harvested, they have many uses.

That said, the game doesn’t make it clear exactly where you can find these essential resources, including Tin. There are a few places you can find this material, but it’s spread out across the game in multiple regions. There’s more than one place to get it. Let’s take a look at some of these Tin hotspots in Once Human, and where you can expect to see it frequently throughout your playthrough.
Tin is one of the most common resources you can find in the second and third regions of Once Human. It starts appearing when you jump into the Broken Delta and Iron River areas, where you can expect to encounter tougher enemies than you fought when you first played the game. Like Copper and Aluminum, Tin only appears in specific regions. You can find it along paths and along the sides of the road. You will need a Pickaxe to mine them, and you will need at least a Copper Pickaxe to mine them in Once Human.
Investing in the Curiosity Catcher perk in the skill tree is also a useful way to make spotting Tin Ore on the map easier. This perk will reveal all nearby Copper and Tin deposits, so you won’t have to search aimlessly for them forever. It’s worth saving up for this upgrade, as it will make harvesting both Tin and Copper a lot less frustrating in the long run.
