To make a Whim Potion, you'll need a crafting Deviant like Frog the Leaper, Pup Buddy, Atomix Snail, or Masonic Pyramid and store it in the Isolated Securement Unit to passively produce the unique crafting materials. After a while, you can collect these resources and head straight to your Supplies Bench, where you'll be given the option to make a Whim Potion with some acid and glass.
