Upgrading these perks is essential to quickly becoming big in Eat the World. Press the Upgrades button in the bottom left corner of the screen to open the Upgrades menu and find the following options.

You can buy upgrades with your food or buy them for Robux. Of all the options, I recommend increasing your walking speed, increasing your max size factors when you are small, and then using the size multiplier as you get bigger in the game.
