An energetic bean in Disney Dreamlight Valley is a coffee bean. Unlike most plants in the valley, this one cannot be found growing directly and is tied to unlocking Stitch and increasing your friendship with him.
If you want to harvest some energetic beans, you'll need to reach friendship level four with Stitch and complete the Very Sleepy Stitch quest. Coffee beans are one of the few ingredients you unlock after recruiting a specific character, meaning you may not have even known they existed before completing this Star Path task.
