In this puzzle, your goal is to set up the photo location so that the toy figure doesn't fall off the cliff. The problem is that the toy figure is a bit clumsy: it doesn't know when to stop backing up. Start by paying attention to the Constellation clockwork, which the arrow is pointing above.
When you attack the Constellation Clockwork Device with a normal attack, the time changes to move the scene forward or backward. When you stop attacking for two seconds, the toy starts moving without your intervention.
Attack the device a few times so that the red toy figure moves forward. Then stop attacking.
