To become a host of a public game, you need some luck in Content Warning. Technically, you can’t host a game from scratch. Instead, you can join a Random Lobby where you team up with 3 other players. A random player will become the host of this public game. So as you see, you can’t host a public game with your friend in Content Warning.
However, if you are playing a public game and other random players have not joined yet, you can send invites to your friends via the console in your home. Let’s say you only want to invite one friend, you can send one invite and the other two players will be random strangers. The chances of this happening are very low, but it is still worth trying. However, you have to make sure that this happens before all the slots are filled by random players.
