This article explains how to import your mail from Gmail to Outlook.com. The instructions in this article apply to Outlook.com and Outlook Online.
Add Gmail to Outlook (2023 NEW) Configure Gmail in Outlook
Sign in to Outlook.com.
Go to Settings (the gear icon ⚙ in the top navigation bar) and select View all Outlook settings.
Go to Email > Sync Email.
