Here is everything you need to know to restore your HP.
How do I restore my health in Dragon's Dogma 2?
The best and most effective way to regenerate your health is to stay at an Inn or a Campsite. Although the price to sleep at an Inn can be quite high, it will be worth the price, as you can increase your maximum HP.
While this isn't an ideal option, especially if you're trying to regenerate your health during combat, in DD2 your health will automatically regenerate as your character levels up.
The Mage Vocation has access to various healing abilities, including spells. Therefore, it is useful to have a Mage in your team. The Mage Pawn can use Anodyne, a core ability/skill that creates a healing dome or aura around the caster. Once you enter this dome, you can increase your HP.
