This article explains how to find, install, and use shaders in Minecraft for Windows.

Shaders for Minecraft are created by other players and uploaded to websites as a free download. Minecraft shaders contain all of the coding and visual assets needed to make changes to a Minecraft world, all compressed into a single MCPACK file.

Downloading and installing Minecraft shaders is relatively easy and doesn't require any hacking or installing third-party plugins or programs. For our example, I'll be using the WinterCraft shader (which I got from mcpedl).
