I can say this with certainty, as even a base level Gem increases your stats tremendously. And if you want to dominate the PvE Rifts mode, then having upgraded versions of your Gems is a must. It goes without saying that you need to farm Gem XP to level up Gems in Multiversus. But before we get into that, you should know that Gems can also be leveled up by collecting a duplicate Gem. To do this, you can collect Gems by completing Daily Missions, beating Rifts, collecting Battle Pass rewards, etc. If luck is on your side, you can easily farm more (and duplicate) Gems and level them up.

While the above methods are about grinding your way to leveling up Gems in Multiversus, you can also take a shortcut to earning Gem XP. Simply head over to the Rift Store and purchase some Gem XP using Gleamium. This method is only recommended if you have a decent amount of this resource collected.
