If you don't have Mythic, you can (hopefully) get better stats by signing up.
Find Cyan the State Reroll NPC and interact with him. Rerolling a unit's substats requires Stat Chips, which can be earned from Challenges that also grant other rewards, such as Trait Rerolls and the Rainbow Essence Stone needed to evolve a unit. Keep in mind, however, that rerolling can also lower your unit's stats based on their rank.
Evolution of units will also make them better, but for that you need to create Essence Stones of different colors. If you meet the requirements, you can evolve a unit like 'Vogita Super' into 'Vogita Super (Awakened)'.
