How to change screensaver theme on Apple TV 4K
Apple TV comes with a set of beautiful screensavers, including a collection of moving images from places around the world, but you can also create your own screensaver sets using your images. If you share your Photos images with your iCloud account, you can use the images as screensavers on your Apple TV.
Collect all the images you want to use as a screensaver into one folder in the Photos app on your computer or mobile device.
On Apple TV, go to Settings > General > Screen Saver.
