From curing Sprain to keeping your sanity, there’s no doubt that you need to learn how to make medicine in Palworld. Capturing the Pals that roam the land, sea, and air would make them miss their freedom. Especially if you just make them work and forget to pay attention to them. Luckily for us and unfortunately for them, there is no labor law for the Pals on the Palpagos Islands. Status ailments do exist, however.

There are several status ailments, including Cold, Fracture, Ulcer, and Overfull. Except for Starving and Incapacitated, all of them can be cured with different types of medical supplies. You can buy them from the merchant, but they cost a lot. This makes crafting them your best option.

To craft supplies, you’ll need a Medieval Medicine Workbench. You can use the bench yourself, but you’ll need to use it frequently, which can be a pain. It’s best to assign a Pal with Medicine Production work aptitude. The workbench unlocks at Technology level 12, and requires you to spend 2 points on it. You’ll then need to collect 30 Wood, 5 Nails, and 10 Paldium Fragments to build it.

Once it is done, just go to the crafting table and use the Select recipe. Choose and craft the supplies. Find the one with the disease and feed the supplies to cure him.
