Cut the feet off. You’ll get at least a month or so more out of them. I’m going to do this with a few pairs that my baby barely fits into. It’s summer and everyone wants to see those little toes.
Cut off the "flaps" to make a T-shirt. Then you can leave it as is, or use iron-on tape or a sewing machine to finish the seam.
Grab some puffy paint and make "grippers" on the bottom of their socks, shorts or footie PJs. You'll save them from many future face-plants.
