This article explains how to make your iPhone announce your phone calls. The information in this article applies to iPhones running iOS 10 through iOS 15.
When Announce Calls is enabled on your iPhone, Siri will speak the name of the person calling if the caller is in your Contacts app. If the number isn't in your contacts, Siri will read the phone number aloud or say "unknown caller." You can enable Siri to announce incoming calls on your iPhone in the Settings app.
Open the Settings app.
Scroll down and select Phone.
