The Top Sites feature automatically tracks how often you visit websites and shows you the sites you visit most often. But you’re not stuck with the results. It’s easy to add, remove, and manage your Top Sites.
To open Top Sites, select Bookmarks > Show Top Sites from the menu bar. (In Safari 7 through Safari 12, select the grid icon on the left side of the bookmarks bar.)
To edit your Top Sites, hover your cursor over the Top Sites thumbnails. Icons will appear that allow you to remove a page or pin it to its current location. This will prevent the thumbnail from moving around the page.
