When you get a new phone, one of the most important things to migrate from your old phone to your new phone is your account verification codes. If you use Google Authenticator, Google makes it easy to move your account codes from one device to another.
To move Google Authenticator from an old phone to a new phone, simply scan a QR code on your new phone.
