There are several ways to obtain the HP Collector Module in The First Descendant, but the easiest and quickest way is through the Frontline Base Battlefield Mission on Vespers (Normal). You can unlock Vespers fairly quickly by sticking to the main story.
The mission can be found east of the Lumber Yard and takes about two to three minutes to complete. The drop rate is quite low, unfortunately only two percent, so be prepared to do this mission a few times to get your hands on this module.
