This article shows you how to open Settings on an iPad 3rd generation or later.
On your iPad's home screen, find Settings and tap the icon to open it.
Press and hold the Home button to activate Siri. Once the voice assistant is activated, say, “Launch Settings.” Opening apps by name is one of the many productivity features Siri offers.
If the Settings app isn't on your Home screen, you can use Spotlight Search to open Settings or other apps.
