One reason to print larger text is to make really small text much larger before you print the email, so that the printed page is easier to read. Or maybe you're in the opposite situation, where you need to shrink large text so that the email fits on the page.
Double-click the email in Outlook to open it in a new window.
On the Message tab, go to the Move group and select Actions.
