There are several ways to print your Outlook contacts. You can use the Print Phone Book option to make a paper copy of some or all of your Outlook contacts.
Select People at the bottom of the navigation pane to open your Outlook contacts list.
In the My Contacts pane, select the contacts folder you want to print.
