Gmail supports many keyboard shortcuts to help you quickly archive or delete multiple messages at once. By using your mouse and keyboard together, you can select and deselect consecutive messages even faster. Here's how to use keyboard shortcuts in the desktop or web version of Gmail on any browser.
HOW TO SELECT MULTIPLE EMAILS AT ONCE
To select a series of consecutive messages at once:
Select the checkbox for the first message in the desired range.
Select the checkbox for the last message in the desired range. The messages in between will be selected automatically.
