Manage Junk Email in Microsoft Outlook
Microsoft Outlook comes with a Junk E-mail Filter that moves unwanted e-mails into their own folder. However, good messages can be accidentally marked as spam. To move an e-mail from your Junk E-mail folder to your Inbox and, optionally, protect future messages from the same sender from being spam-protected in Outlook:
Open the Junk Email folder in Outlook.
Open or highlight the email message you want to recover.
