Roads are essential in Manor Lords to connect towns and cities, but they can also become a mess. As your civilization grows, you may be forced to remove some of them to make room for other structures in an effort to beautify your region.
Landlords: How to remove roads
You place roads by pressing the R key on your keyboard. If you’re like me, you’ve probably gone a little overboard in laying out roads for your ideal village layout, only to find that it wasn’t optimal or that your vision never really came to fruition.
While placing a road is pretty self-explanatory, removing it is a different story. The game doesn’t tell you how to remove roads or modify them in any way, which can be frustrating when you’re trying to get a lot of things done. But don’t worry. There is a way to remove the roads and create new ones.
To demolish a road in Manor Lords, press R to open the roads menu and use the cursor to highlight the road you want to remove. Hold down the Alt key and left-click.
