These instructions apply to the Charge 2, Charge 2 HR, and Charge 3, all of which use the same type of clip.
Look at your Fitbit Charge band and locate the two quick-release clips attached to either side of the watch case.
Hold the Fitbit watch case in one hand, and with the thumb of your other hand, press the outer edge of the release clip (shown in red below) and pull the watch case toward you. This action will release the watch case from the clip. Repeat this process for the other side of the band.
