This article explains how to reset the network settings on your Windows 11 computer, and explains why and when you should do it.
How to Reset Network Settings in Windows 11 to Fix Internet Connection
Resetting your network settings will remove and reinstall your network adapters, and reset other components to their original settings to resolve connectivity issues.
You will erase the configuration for each individual adapter and reset everything to factory defaults. Resetting should be done as a last resort if you have tried all the options and nothing seems to work.
In most cases, adapters are set to automatically detect changes in the network, so you probably won't have any problems. However, make a note of the settings for the other components if you decide to reset the adapter.
