If you’re having trouble with your Roku device, you have a few options: restart it, perform a factory reset, reset the network connection, or reset the remote. I’ll tell you how to do each.
Factory Reset Without Remote | Roku Premiere Plus (Use Button on Player)
A system reboot will power cycle your Roku device. This may or may not fix the issue. Since Roku streaming sticks and boxes do not have a power switch (except for the Roku 4 and Roku TVs), this is the only way to reboot your Roku.
Using your Roku remote control, you can reboot the system as follows:
