This article explains how to copy vinyl records to CD using a PC, a standalone CD recorder, and a turntable/CD recorder combination.
ERRORS IN STORING VINTAGE RECORDS
Before you start copying vinyl records to CDs, you should be familiar with the types of connections a turntable can have.
More and more turntables are equipped with a USB port. In most cases it is possible to connect the turntable directly to a PC. However, with some turntables the USB port can only copy directly from the turntable to a USB stick.
You can start by using a PC with a CD burner in combination with a turntable connected to an analog-to-digital USB audio converter or a turntable with a USB output.
