If you’ve been looking for the sound section of Alarms in the Alexa app, you’re probably confused about where the music option is. At the time of writing, there’s no option in the Alexa app to select new music as your alarm sound. But that doesn’t mean you can’t!
To set music as your alarm sound, simply ask Alexa through your Amazon smart speaker. Tell Alexa what time you want the alarm to be set and what song, artist, genre, station, or playlist you want to hear. You can say things like:
