Email templates help you type less and send faster. Ultimately, they can make you more efficient when composing messages. Gmail templates include canned responses that you can quickly insert into any email to fill in all the details you’d otherwise write with each new message. Here’s how to use them.
How to Enable and Create Templates in Gmail with Google Workspace for Business
Before you can start using templates, you first need to enable them in Gmail. You can do this using the Canned Response feature.
Click the Settings gear in the Gmail toolbar. This is located just below your image.
Go to the Advanced tab (previously called Labs).
