Google Forms – Field Validation & Regular Expression for Response Validation Tutorial – Part 2
When you create a form with Google Forms, you can collect responses from anyone on the web who has a link to your form or with whom you've shared the form.
While it’s helpful to get so much input from so many people over the internet, it can also be problematic. People don’t always answer questions the same way, which can lead to messy results that are hard to sort out.
To make it easier, it’s smart to set up response validation in your Google Forms. This forces people who fill out your form to answer your questions the way you want them to.
