Twitter has been hard at work improving its platform with a slew of new features since the start of the pandemic. The company recently launched a Twitter Blue subscription, currently available to Canadian and Australian users, which gives you the ability to undo your tweets that have been sent to the public. In line with the release of new features, Twitter has now introduced the ability to share engaging tweets directly to your Instagram stories whenever you want. Previously, you had to take a screenshot and post it as an image to your story. This was somewhat counterproductive as it would take up space on your local storage and gave you fewer options to customize how you share your tweet to your story. With this new feature, you can now share your tweets directly to Instagram stories. Here’s how to get started.

There are a few limitations for now when it comes to sharing your tweets on Instagram. Mainly the fact that this feature is slowly being rolled out to the public and may not be available in certain regions of the world yet. Additionally, you will also need the following things listed below.

Open the Twitter app on your iOS device and navigate to the tweet you want to share to your Instagram story. Now tap the 'Share' icon below the tweet.
