Instagram has announced the release of a new form of video hosting via Instagram Reels. Reels lets you create short videos of up to 15 seconds with your choice of audio that can be shared to other sections of Instagram, specifically to users' Explore tab.

You can record and share your Instagram Reel of up to 15 seconds in length through a variety of sections within Instagram and also externally. Once a recording is made, all users (public and private) can share their Reels to their Instagram feed or in their Stories.
