Ninja Kiwi is launching the second public playtest for Bloons Card Storm, which they are calling the Full Playable version, as all core gameplay features are fully playable. You will need to fill out a form and meet a few requirements to be eligible to participate.

Anyone interested in participating can apply by filling out a form before the end of the week (August 17). Ninja Kiwi has not given a more specific date for the deadline to apply, but those approved will be able to test the full playable version on Steam from August 21st to August 30th.
You will need a PC running Windows OS with an internet connection, a Steam account, and you will need to join the Nija Kiwi Discord Server. The form implies that only people from North America, Europe, Asia, the Pacific, and Oceania can participate in the public test, as there is no option for South and Central America in the forms.
The developers have also clarified that Mac users will be able to participate in the public test this time around, and those who have already participated in the previous test will automatically gain access to the fully playable test.
