I'll explain the puzzle mechanics in the first puzzle, but you need to apply the same concept to all three puzzles, while creating different shapes.
When starting the puzzle, the game will ask you to interact with an object on the ground to insert the Clockwork Key that is used to operate the Oracle Pillar. This will activate a device to appear. You will need to hit the device a few times with Normal Attacks until the Oracle Pillars fully emerge from the ground. If you don’t see the Pillars, attack the device a few more times!
You need to use Magic Threads to connect the Oracle Pillars together to create the target shape. Use the special interaction key (T for PC) to start the puzzle. Note the location of the symbol, which indicates the starting point of the connection. Stand close to the Oracle Pillar you want to connect to the Pillar the symbol is in, then press the special interaction key to connect the two. Do this until the entire shape is complete.
