If you're ready to embark on an adventure across the vast continent of Tural in Final Fantasy XIV's Dawntrail expansion, it's important to know where to pick up the first Main Scenario Quest to help you set sail. FINAL FANTASY XIV: Campfire – A larger scale of adventure
To reach the land of Tural in the Dawntrail expansion, you’ll first need to start the new Main Scenario questline for it. To do so, you’ll need to head to Old Sharlayan, where the Endwalker expansion storyline came to an emotional close.
Once there, check your Main Scenario Quest notification in the top left corner of your screen, if you have it enabled. The first quest for Dawntrail is "A New World to Explore", and you'll need to head to the Baldesion Annex, which is an easy teleport from Old Sharlayan's Main Aetheryte.
Speak to Lalafell NPC Ojika Tsunjika to pick up the Level 90 quest, and you’ll be sent to find your Vieran comrade Erenville in the Main Hall and speak to him. We won’t spoil what happens next, but essentially this quest will set you on your fateful boat ride to Tural, along with the eccentric Wuk Lamat and your Scion companions.
