The easiest way to migrate your WhatsApp data from one iPhone to another is to create a cloud backup that is linked to your account and stored on Apple’s servers. All you need is an active internet connection and the same Apple account that is used on each smartphone.
Open WhatsApp on your original iPhone and select Settings.
Your WhatsApp chat backup will now begin. When it is finished, the current time and date should appear next to Last Backup at the top of the screen.
