Before you can set up your Nintendo Wii, you'll need to know how to sync a Wii Remote to the console. If you want to play Wii games on your computer using a video game emulator, you may also want to know how to connect a Wii controller to a PC via Bluetooth.
How to Sync Wii Remotes
The controller that came with your Wii may already be paired with the console. If not, follow these steps to sync the Wii Remote to the console:
Make sure the motion sensor bar is connected to the Wii.
Turn on the console and open the memory card slot cover on the front of the Wii. There you will find the red sync button.
