When you sign in to your Google Account on one device, you can sync your Chrome bookmarks across all your devices. All you need to do is sign in with the same Gmail address.

The default setting includes syncing bookmarks. If you've turned that off, turn it back on via Chrome on desktop or on your mobile device.
