This article explains how to take a full page screenshot in Google Chrome, with and without browser extensions.

In cases where a web page fits pretty much in your browser window and you only need to scroll a little bit to see the rest, you can zoom out a bit and take a normal screenshot.

Press Ctrl+Minus to zoom out incrementally until the layout is the way you want it. You can also select the three vertical dots and then select the Minus (-) key to zoom out as many times as needed to make the window show the entire page.

Next, go into full screen mode. Press F11 or select the three vertical dots, then select the Full Screen icon to the right of the zoom controls.
