Because you may have layered multiple garments in a previous round and added accessories that don't fit the theme of the next round, DTI allows you to remove garments by clicking on the icon of a mannequin wearing a hat and glasses.

This will bring up everything you are currently wearing, including hair, clothes, shoes, jewelry, and accessories. Now all you need to do is click the X under the item or clothing you want to remove.
