If you want to change servers, you need to know how to transfer world saves in Soulmask. There can be several reasons why you want to change providers. One of the basic problems can be that you are experiencing FPS drops, lags or stutters. This can happen if the host PC does not have enough resources to handle it. Or maybe, if you had a paid service, you want to try another option. Whatever the case, here they are:

If you can’t find them, check if you have “Hidden items” checked in the View tab of File Explorer. Now simply press Windows + R on your keyboard and type “%AppData%”. Now navigate to the above folders and you should find them.
